Die Installation erforscht die charakteristischen Merkmale von Clubräumen und setzt sich mit ihren architektonischen sowie sozialen Codes auseinander. Zentrale Elemente des Clublebens werden aufgegriffen und reflektiert – von der Vertrautheit mit den Räumlichkeiten über das Schaffen von Wohlfühlzonen bis hin zu den unsichtbaren Grenzen, die solche Orte formen. 

Dabei stellt die Arbeit Fragen nach dem Innen und Außen dieser Szenen: Wer findet Zugang, wer bleibt ausgeschlossen? Welche Schwellen und Mechanismen strukturieren diese kulturellen Räume? Die Installation macht die Dynamiken von Zugehörigkeit und Abgrenzung erfahrbar und eröffnet eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit dem sozialen Raum Club.

The installation explores the characteristic features of club spaces, engaging with both their architectural and social codes. Central elements of club culture are taken up and reflected upon – from the familiarity of the spatial environment and the creation of zones of comfort to the invisible boundaries that shape such places.

In doing so, the work raises questions about the inside and outside of these scenes: Who gains access, who remains excluded? What thresholds and mechanisms structure these cultural spaces? The installation renders the dynamics of belonging and exclusion tangible, opening a critical engagement with the social space of the club.
